Our VIP Property Management Service is a comprehensive, premium-level service designed to ensure constant monitoring, security, and technical stability for private or corporate real estate, regardless of whether the client is in town, in the country, or abroad.
We conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises, monitor access points, oversee utility systems, and respond promptly to any alarms.
In the event of a security alarm activation, our Quick Response Team (QRF) is dispatched to the property together with the Security Police. A site inspection is conducted, and any subsequent interior inspection of the property is performed exclusively by our specialists to ensure confidentiality.
The service includes the ability to urgently call in technical staff who can quickly resolve or prevent emergencies.
The client receives photo and video reports, as well as personalized additional property maintenance options—ranging from basic inspections to construction, repair, and landscaping work.
